  • David Reyes (he/him/his)

    Role: Associate Consultant

    Educational Background: B.A. Anthropology, Masters in Social Work

    Area of Expertise: David’s expertise lie in qualitative/quantitative research, website development, survey development, survey administration, data analysis, and data communication. David was previously a Youth Peer Advocate with a local substance abuse prevention council before joining the team and uses this experience to offer technical assistance, training development and research-informed policy and program recommendations.

    Role: Associate Consultant

    Educational Background: B.A. Cultural Anthropology and Ethnographic Research Methods

    Area of Expertise: Formerly a prevention coalition coordinator, Ken’s area of expertise lies in product development, training and technical assistance.

  • Jennifer Jacobsen

    Role: Associate Consultant

    Educational Background: M.A. Education and School Counseling

    Area of Expertise: A former prevention coalition coordinator, Jennifer’s area of expertise lies in implementation of Strategic Prevention Framework across sectors, coalition product development, training and technical assistance, and working with at-risk youth populations.

  • Lisa Mason (she/her)

    Role: Associate Consultant

    Educational Background: Masters in Counseling, Certified Prevention Specialist

    Area of Expertise: Lisa’s expertise lies in providing prevention workforce development training and support to communities implementing a variety of prevention programs. She coordinates group and individual technical assistance for community coalitions implementing the Strategic Prevention Framework. Applying the SPF, she continuously assess coalitions’ needs and develops training and technical assistance to meet these.
