This in-person workshop for prevention professionals aims to educate participants on the CT Opioid Settlement Funds and the CT Opioid Settlement Advisory Board, understand the amount of funding projected to be received in each community, explore prevention strategies and activity uses of the funds, and engage in an advocacy action plan to access the funds.

All participants will need a laptop or device to participate in the workshop.

This training meets the Connecticut Certification Board requirements for 2.5 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the Certified Prevention Specialist Certification.

This workshop is capped at 40 registered participants.
