Join us for this free virtual training in collaboration with SERC, with trainers Bianca Irizarry and Malik Champlain, Consultants at the State Education Resource Center (SERC)!

This training is highly recommended to attend prior to attending one of the Addressing Health Disparities Across the Strategic Prevention Framework workshop happening in January & February.

By the end of this virtual training, participants will:
– Understand the critical conversation framework and the Courageous Conversations Agreements to address equity and disparities effectively.
– Build foundational skills for engaging in challenging discussions on health disparity and equity.
– Develop confidence to navigate discomfort and resistance in preparation for upcoming workshops on equity-focused prevention practices.

This training is eligible for 1.5 CEUs upon completion.
