We do not collect sensitive information such as location information (GPS), racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, genetic or biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning sexual orientation.

We collect PII directly from you when you complete a “Subscribe” or “Register for an Event” form or create an account, and in some instances when you request that we send you emails or resources. This information gets used for aggregates utilization reports required by funders to understand who benefits from TTASC services. Subject to your right to opt-out, we may combine Usage Data with PII that we collect, and use the combined data for purposes of improving our products and services and your user experience with our products and services.

Data Retention:  We will not retain your PII or Usage Data for longer than required. This means that we will keep your PII or Usage Data for any or a combination of time periods described as follows: (i) until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it, (ii) until you request us to stop using it, or (iii) up to 10 years.

Cookies: this website may employ “cookies” to provide you with tailored information. A “cookie” is an element of data that a website, when visited by a user, sends to that user’s browser; the browser may, in turn, store that element on the user’s hard drive or memory.
