Cross Sector Consulting, LLP will manage overall responsibility for the Workforce Development Plan implementation as the lead partner on the Project. Cross Sector’s expertise involves working at the fast-paced and often uncharted intersections where diverse partners promote "cross sector" change. Cross Sector is recognized for its successes in working with diverse clients and partners to improve systems and outcomes through collective impact strategies.


The Connecticut Association of Prevention Professionals, a growing force in Connecticut’s prevention system, brings both content expertise in a growing number of prevention disciplines as well as training and technical assistance expertise.  CAPP brings existing partnerships and strong relationships with prevention professionals across the state, and has the ability to engage and mobilize these stakeholders.


Career TEAM, LLC serves as the workforce development technology partner.  Career TEAM, a Connecticut-based company, offers leading edge career and professional development services to public and private sector clients.  A leader in the field of workforce development, Career TEAM has received national recognition for its workforce development efforts and Learning Management Systems (LMS).   With Career TEAM’s expertise and leadership, the Prevention TTASC will develop technology based learning opportunities as well as a monitoring and tracking system for both individual and administrative users.  The LMS will track user progress towards becoming a Certified Prevention Specialist.
