Engineering Community Change

Participants will learn about change theories and models in order to understand how to engage in a change process in their work, including assessing the level of readiness to change and strategies for building capacity to embrace change.  Participants will begin planning a change process.

Registration begins at 8:15 am

One hour for lunch on your own
